Can I edit my profile picture, email address, user name, display name, password etc ?

A-Yes, use the edit button given in the Dashboard > Set Your Profile Photo > click on the Click Here. You can also do it by clicking the Setting button on the same dashboard page.

I am a new visitor and I How can I create my profile?

Go to the login page > click the signup button on the right. Fill up a couple of details like your email id, and your name and create a password, click on the check box and click on the signup button below. You are done.

How to make the payment to access the course to start learning?

After creating the profile, click on the all courses button from the top > select the desired course by clicking the ENROLL NOW button that you wish to learn > click on Enroll Now > click on Pay Now > it will take you to the new payment page fill up the required details and then click on Place Your Order given option in right side of your payment page. Kindly choose the payment option to make the payment and start learning your favourite course.

How long will it take to get access to my courses?

If you have chosen the course and made the payment without signup or without creating your profile, do not worry. Within 15 minutes you will receive two emails one is your purchase order and the second is your credentials to access the course click on the link “Click here to set your new password” You will be redirected to the password change page choose your desired password, and go ahead to start learning. Also please check your promotions/updates tab and spam folder as well. The email you will receive from reachus@sultankhan.in

However, you can also check the current status, go to the Dashboard and click on “Order History”, you can see the live status of your purchased courses.

Suggestion: for quick access the course signup first then make the payment, you will get access immediately.

I am not able to access the course even after paying the fee.

Make sure you log in with the same email ID & password or user ID & password where you created the profile and paid the fee. If you are logged in by your laptop then go to the dashboard from the top button > You will have the 3rd option called Enrolled Courses > Here is your desired course. If not, please send us an email at reachus@sultankhan.in or WhatsApp at 9867480736 immediately.

When you are logged in by your handphone/mobile, go to the dashboard from the top button > scroll the page down you will get the option My Course- View All > click on View All or on the course, you are done.

I want to change my password.

Make sure you login the same email id & password or user id & password where you had created the profile and paid the fee. Go to the dashboard from the top button > go to the setting button given left side of your screen > now you will see the password option middle of the screen > you can enter old password and create new password.

I forgot my password, how to reset it?

If you are already logged in kindly logout > go to the login button top of the corner > you will see here forget password > enter your register email id > You will receive a password reset link in your email to set your new password.

I forgot my User id or registered email id, how to get it?

Send us an email on reachus@sultankhan.in or WhatsApp on 9867480736 immediately, we will help you to get it done.

How can I download my course completion certificate?

A-Make sure you login the same email id & password or user id & password where you had created the profile and paid the fee. Go to the dashboard from the top button > You will 3rd option called Enrolled Courses > Click on “Start Learning” below the course > You will get all videos here, below the last video you will get an option of certificate > click on download your certificate > enter your register email id and submit > You will get blue colour option Download Certificate.

How can I download my course PDF notes?

Make sure you login the same email id & password or user id & password where you had created the profile and paid the fee. Go to the dashboard from the top button > You will 3rd the option called Enrolled Courses > Click on “Start Learning” below the course > You will get A-all videos here, below the last video you will get an option of “Course Notes” > select the language you want to download the PDF it will get download immediately.
